Laurie began his career in estate agency two decades ago working for one of the UK's largest corporate estate agents and, since which time, successfully worked his way up through the ranks for many well-known industry leaders across Essex, Suffolk, and even briefly Wales - always with the dream of one day operating his own industry-leading estate agency. Laurie is now exactly where he wants to be... owner of one of Essex's leading independent agents and the county's dedicated fine homes specialists, Prestige Homes. Throughout the week you will still catch Laurie at any one of our local property showrooms with exactly the same love and enthusiasm he acquired all those years ago for selling, valuing and letting properties!

Sacha's first taste of estate agency was 18 years ago when her brother Laurie found her a work experience placement at the corporate company he was working for at the time. Despite going on to college and training/qualifying as a Chef, Sacha spent much of her late teens and early twenties hearing all about how great it was to be an estate agent from her brother. Over a decade ago Sacha decided to take a 'leap of faith' and never looked back! She has since worked up the ranks from Office Junior at our Notley/Braintree office, throughout the company in more senior positions, and is now Branch Director of the very branch she started her career many years ago.

Hedley joined the HP Family at 27, excited to begin a career in the property industry. From day one Hedley enjoyed how dynamic his role as Property Consultant is - from sitting in the office speaking to clients over the phone one minute, to showing them over a selection of our marketed homes the next. Hedley has completed the Associate Sales Scheme to the Guild of Property Professionals, making him one of the area's only agents that has undertaken trading standards approved training, and is working hard to forward his career and build up his reputation as one of Chelmsford's trusted agents - in fact, he has already seen a promotion to Senior Property Consultant!

With over 14 years of experience in sales progression throughout Essex Sarah has successfully progressed hundreds of properties to completion and thrives off of delivering the highest levels of post-sale service to her clients. Sarah is a true asset to Hamilton Piers' Sales Progression Department which aims to take the stress out of the moving/conveyancing process for all of our sellers and buyers alike. Roxanne joined the HP Family with experience in the estate agency industry and is now one of our senior team members. She has lived very locally for many years and knows the area intimately - in fact we actually met Roxanne when she was helping her mother purchase a new home through us! Her wealth of local knowledge and industry experience has allowed Roxanne to progress her career at HP and assist many families and individuals throughout the moving process in the local area. Toby enjoys being active and meeting people. He thought that estate agency was the perfect choice of career, knowing he can meet all different types of people, look after their property needs, and not have to just sit in an office everyday. Toby thoroughly enjoys showing our marketed homes to people and takes pride in matching properties to people's requirements. Within his first week at HP, Toby passed the Associate Sales Scheme to the Guild of Property Professionals and is now one of the youngest associate members of The Guild in East Anglia.

Prior to joining the HP Family some years ago Jade worked closely with the property industry for over 12 years. Having enjoyed a career in supporting agents with advertising in the area's most well-known local newspaper Jade knew the next logical step for her career path was estate agency itself. Since joining us Jade has progressed from Property Consultant to Branch Manager through hard work, dedication and very often going above and beyond for her clients. Jade is an Associate Member of The Guild of Property Professionals and is one of the area's only Branch Managers to have completed a training scheme that is trading standards approved.

Tony has been in estate agency for over 17 years and has worked throughout Essex in sales, lettings and new homes. Tony is a senior valuer for Hamilton Piers and very much enjoys often being the first face people see when visiting people's homes to provide them with the very initial valuation, and then steering the process all the way through to the day the same client drops their keys to him ready for the property's new owner to collect. Tony is also a qualified associate member of The Guild of Property Professionals and is, rarely for our industry, Trading Standards Accredited.
